Headway 2 Work is a bespoke training programme offering a collaboration of quality support solutions. Embrace U Consultancy, combines all other services into this exciting “one-stop shop” programme, that can be accessed over 12 or 24 weeks.
This programme is structured to provide a clear understanding of the benefits of employment on YOUR wellbeing and to increase YOUR social mobility with diverse and motivating engagement. Supporting you to get closer to work and into that dream job.
Our exciting and interactive workshops will support your journey as you engage in:
- Modern Mentoring support
- Personal Growth training
- Employability Management training
With both 1-2-1 and group interactions, new skills such as confidence, self-esteem and communication can be developed.
Every module allows you to gain key “golden nuggets” of information through the inclusive nature of the programme and provides with the skills and knowledge to break the cycle of unemployment.
